[orca-list] orca does not announce the name of the window first time alt+tab is pressed

Hi all.
This is happening with gnome 3.14.

If I press alt+tab orca reads only window and does not announce the 
window name.

If I hold the alt key and press Tab again, the window name is announced 
correctly.
What is happening is that orca only announces the name of the window 
after I press alt tab twice.
