I appreciate your willingness to do this. I'm on a lot of issue
trackers already using my work address. (jdiggs at igalia dot com) If
the issue tracker takes that address, that's all that is needed to
bring it to my attention. Having said that, sending them to this list
would also bring them to other people's attention who might be
interested -- and might even be able to fix it.

Same thing in terms of filing them. I'd have to look up what one needs
to do to label/name a Qt widget, but I bet the folks on the Qt
accessibility list could give you that answer -- assuming no one
reading this can.
