[orca-list] flat review in qt applications can be hit or miss

This is a bit of a follow up to my post earlier about unlabeled
controls. I've noticed that in two of my applications I have installed
here that are qt, flat review does not work at all. Those are, mumble
and clementine. Vlc media player does work with flat review. I'm not
sure where to go from  here. Both mumble and clementine use qt4, at
least I believe they do. Vlc, I'm not so sure. Is this a problem with
these applications, or a problem with qt-at-spi, which has been
abandoned?  accessibility is now built into qt5, but it wasn't in qt4.
Should I file bugs against mumble and clementine, or try to get this
fixed on qt's end? Another question involves 32 bit qt applications
such as skype and steam. I use neither one of these applications, and
they are both closed source, so they're unlikely to get fixed. Could
this be worked around on qt's end, or is it something to do with orca
being a 64 bit application and both of those being 32 bit, requiring
32 bit qt accessibility libraries?
