There are two high quality Dutch voices from Ivona - if you would like 
to test my sapi4linux it may be interesting. Instalation instruction: 
http://tts.polip.com/files/sapi/installing.txt

As there is no Dutch preprocessor in sapi module, some words may be 
distorted. If you find the module usable - contact me off-list, I need 
someone speaking Dutch to create the preprocessor and make it fully 
usable.
