That's not quite the problem. The problem is that in those cases Orca is
not being notified via AT-SPI that keyboard events have occurred. If
Orca doesn't know that you pressed Orca + Space, Orca doesn't know that
it should display the preferences dialog. The same holds true for all
other commands.
