This is clarified, thanks. The way you said Google is a page you're working on or giving priority, or something, it left me with the impression that you were considering special code patches or fixes for sites as they get brought to your attention.

But when there is a crash the crash is almost definitely not specific to
the site. Similarly, when there is something preventing caret navigation
that problem is often related to the markup used rather than the site
itself. So there's not exactly per-web-site hacking going on as much as
there is knowing that a particular problem happens to be present on at
least a given site.
