At this point, there seems to be no interface from within the RSGames client to control the speech. The best 
way I have found to do this is by editing ~.speech-dispatcher/conf/speechd.conf and changing the default 
voice, rate, pitch, volume, etc. to your liking. It would be great if an interface to client speech controls 
could be made available in a future version.
