I'm using ubuntu 12.04 with orca 3.4.2.  The epiphany that I'm using is 
whatever is in the ubuntu software center.  When I start the browser, 
and type in google for example, I press F7 to turn on carrot browsing.  
I can only see the page by tabbing around, arrowing gives no feedback.  
Interestingly I can arrow in yelp just fine.  Thanks,
