Incorrect.
If you set this, you use the insert key like the capslock key, as your orca key, this implies that all keys you normally pressed with capslock can be pressed with insert, and the numeric keypad is never used.
It's still laptop mode.
I use this for a laptop that does not have any numpad at all.

I no this possibility, but my laptop unfortunately not have real numeric keypad, and only one insert key have top of my keyboard right half.
So, my machine the Caps Lock laptop modifier the best usable way.
