Incorrect.
If you set this, you use the insert key like the capslock key, as your
orca key, this implies that all keys you normally pressed with capslock
can be pressed with insert, and the numeric keypad is never used.
It's still laptop mode.
I use this for a laptop that does not have any numpad at all.
