I tried changing some of the hotkeys in the orca dialog. Specifically, I tried changing the increase and decrease speech rate hotkeys. When prompted for a keystroke I attempted capslock+shift+u for increase and capslock+shift+n for decrease rate. Orca anounced that it had actually captured "orca key+capslock+shift+u" and "orca key+capslock+shift+n". I hoped this was just a announcement string error, but my new hotkeys seemed ineffective. I used the combo box on the hotkeys page of the dialog to reset the orca key to incert. When trying to capture keystrokes in the heotkeys page, I was still getting "orca key+capslock ...". I doublechecked with gedit that my capslock wasn't stuck at the time. Has anyone else noticed this behavior? |
