Also, when Btrfs becomes stable and it's integrated into package management
systems, you'll be able to take a snapshot of the file system, upgrade the
software, and revert the entire upgrade if the results aren't satisfactory.
Fedora developers are already planning to make this process automatic; I'm
sure Debian and Ubuntu won't be far behind. Btrfs is still highly
experimental, i.e., only test it on file systems that you don't mind losing
altogether.
