[orca-list] auto starting Orca in Ubuntu 7-10

Hi Bill,
With Ubuntu 7.10, there are two check boxes.  The first enables the 
accessibility features and the other only shows up when you activate the 
applications button under the accessibility menu item.  One of the 
applications listed is Orca and simply check the box that says autostart and 
from then on, Orca will start on bootup, at least on my system.
