Hello Halim,
I've installed Speech-Dispatcher and I used it together with Orca.
Unfortunately there are other problems: SD often crashes Orca, so 
that you've to restart it. The responsiveness is slower than with 
Gnome-Speech, and the Orca team does not support SD officially.
One additional problem for Linux newbies is the tricky setup of SD with 
Espeak and Orca.
