That's fine for me.

I'd like to see this happen after December (else, it's too close from
the elections and from Christmas IMHO). I may be really busy in January,
so, if possible, I'd like to see this happen in February. I suppose we
could announce the thing at the end of January, then let people talk
about this during one or two weeks, and then let them vote.

Mmmmhhhh... I'm wondering if we could add a second question to the
referendum. There has been some discussion in the past about moving from
a 2 years long membership to a one year long membership. If we want this
to happen, I think we need a referendum too. Ok, shoot me: I should not
talk about this now because we already have enough problems to deal with
:-)
