Hi All,The local SF team wants to get together this weekend to do some of the high level planning. It's great to have Montreal as a real option. @James - we'll discuss the things you brought up about what you can and can't do and let you know how we might be able to support you. We'll also have a discussion on whether or not SF is still a viable option for LAS.More updates from our end soon!

Your message was sort of open-ended, and I wasn't sure who was
supposed to reply next. It all seemed good to me.
The only obvious thing that I can think of is, what dates are we looking at?
I think we are looking at Spring. I guess the dates are whatever is up to you and when the venue is free on the dates. Once we have the dates, we can start working on a bid. I'm trying to raise funds so it's important that we get this going quickly so that I can create a prospectus and start getting this in front of potential sponsors.sri
Thanks,
James
