Your message was sort of open-ended, and I wasn't sure who was
supposed to reply next. It all seemed good to me.

I think we are looking at Spring.  I guess the dates are whatever is up to you and when the venue is free on the dates.  Once we have the dates, we can start working on a bid.  I'm trying to raise funds so it's important that we get this going quickly so that I can create a prospectus and start getting this in front of potential sponsors.
