Since doc.jokosher.org imports CSS from jokosher.org, a redesign could
affect more than just jokosher.org. Theoretically, CSS-only changes
will show up transparently on the docs site, but it's not guaranteed.

The only thing I'd like to see is a theme that scales with the
browser, but that's not trivial.
