Exception, it's definitely better - an added benefit is the personal 
touch as you get in contact with the person, and ask for the names of 
the people who will be coming along on the company ticket.

I suggest that we bill sponsors based on the number of people they're 
sending. It'll be easier for them, will make one single bill, but we'll 
have a little bit of work to do making sure that badges are there on the 
day.
