In fact, the print setup dialog in cvs head (and every other dialog, I 
believe) has had a help button for at least 1 month.

Please make sure that you look at the cvs-head print setup dialog rather 
than the one in 1.0.x since the dialog has seen some significant changes 
lately (and will see some less drastic ones in the next weeks as we 
improve lib gnome print and our dialog). For example, the current dialog 
has only 3 tabs rather than four and changing the print setup settings 
is now undoable.
