[GnomeMeeting-devel-list] Why the program can't quit normally?

When I quit the program gnomemeeting, the process will not terminate in about 3 minutes.

Is it normal or something wrong with my system?

The OS is Fedora Core 1, and I use logitech QuickCam Express.
