Absolutely correct! I've seen this behaviour many times even with big
players. They announce vaporous stuff and then wait until enough
customers inquire when the vapour will become solid. If they see that
"hey, there're so and so many people who want this on Linux", then
they'll try porting it. Don't believe for a minute that all of what they
say already exists or will ever come into existence.
