Hello to all,


I've done a few changes to CVS:
- Fixed a bug when opening the video device fails in one of the
subfunctions (setting the frame size for example). The grabber was not 
deleted in that case.

- Based the IP translation on the IP returned by http://seconix.com/ip/

- Added new iLBC coded from http://www.ilbcfreeware.org, and made it the
default codec because the quality is *very* good. You have to execute:
gconftool-2 -u /apps/gnomemeeting/general/version to make it appear in
the list.

- Added an information button in the Audio Codecs section of the codecs
list. The buttons are still badly positionned. 

- Hide LPC-10. The codec is still available through GConf, but it is
hidden from the list. No need to clutter the GUI with codecs nobody is
using.

- Reverted configure.in hack. It won't compile with latest OpenH323 CVS,
but it will compile with our older CVS versions using plugins from
snapshots.seconix.com.
