Re: Weekly Report - Individual Workspace Wallpapers

This week I've not really had much time for coding, but I got a little
bit done. I've added a signal to libwnck that gets emitted when the
active workspace is potentially changed.

Other stuff I've done:
Revise for exam tomorrow (my final ever exam for my degree!)
Read about GObject to understand it a bit more.
Setup automatic syncing of git svn bare repositories on my webserver
so the git repos are kept in sync (see
http://gsocblog.jsharpe.net/archives/12 for details) and helped John
Carr realise that his attempt at full conversion was going wrong (he'd
missed the --rewrite-root option required to enable people to commit
back to svn)
Got my Gnome Dev environment working (kindof) - Gentoo automatically
creates an instance of the session dbus from Xsession before jhbuild
spawns gnome-session and I was ending up with 2 or 3 instance of a
dbus session for my test user. Fast User Switching still can't find
the correct session though, but other than that it seems to be
working.

Next week I won't be posting on Monday since I'm off to Bruges on
Thursday with my girlfriend as a post-degree holiday for us both!

James
