Some of the comments on that page are rather valuable. Having the
thumbnails on the right hand side is a mistake. It is too far away from
the Activities button, as well as the apps favourites (dragging across a
wide screen is a really bad idea). It is also top-to-bottom, instead of
left-to-right, which breaks the long standing workspaces convention.

These thumbnails should be on the top of the screen. This would also
eliminate the need for the clumsy Applications/Windows submenu.
