It only hands out the password once.

Those are sysadmin instructions. This as we're on the
gnome-infrastructure mailing list.
As a coordinator/maintainer, just wait for an email.

Mango doesn't use the email address stored in DOAP, it uses whatever is
in LDAP/Mango. Email accounts gnome org to change that. Maybe ends up in
spam folder btw?
