If we are only referring to l10n bugs, still, I don't see the point to
use English, besides if Marcel asked (Slovak, supposed to be a small
team and community) I believe it's because he saw (or people told him)
that it would be easier to fill bugs in Slovak.

Then, if the bug turns out to be not l10n but i18n or whatever else, I'm
quite sure that we, as team coordinators, will happily translate the bug
into English for the developers.
