This was a proof of concept,  We can mix some code from other projects 
and get a new tool. That is what i was doing with the gedit plugin, just 
using babel (python library for po files) as parser and painting the 
resulting dict in the left panel. I think that is very possible to do a 
new tool, like kbabel for gnome starting with this.

We talk a lot about this on GUADEC-Es, people from spanish translation 
team is very concerned about that, but we want to hear the needs, ideas 
and requirements from other translation teams.
