Please file a bug report in http://bugzilla.gnome.org/ then, against
product "gdm". If you find a problem in the software, the best way to
get it fixed is to first and foremost file a bug report in Bugzilla.

Since I don't believe Bugzilla is UTF-8 safe though, you might want to
attach the Azerbaijani word for Azerbaijani in a seperate file attached
to the bug report, so as to make sure it doesn't get mangled.
