Even though Azerbaijani is displayed in GDM language list,
it lacks localized translation nearby just like "Russian" "Pусский" has.

Hmm, I've never looked at gdmlanguages.c file but could this be
because this file does not contain that message in locale?
I used to think that it's my fault because I haven't yet translated some
po files from translation project.
