Well, is there any way I can add toolbar/dock to the dialog? Probably this would

Well, ggv's popup is broken (already reported) - but this does not really matter:)

Zoom actions probably should be in ggv popup anyway (once it is fixed).

Well, I will have a look at the code - but again my understanding of the whole
architecture is too weak. So don't blame me too much if ideas I'd produce are
extremely lame:) BTW, hopefully we'll be able to discuss these things on GUADEC
if you have time...
