Let's take a look at all the stuff the needs to be translated (or 
better: might be worth translation):

- develbook
- man pages
- what's new pages
- (basic) desklets ???
- ... ?

It would be better to have language support for desklets in the core, 
but for the time being it might be a good idea to have translation of 
(at least) the basic desklets.

Anyone more idea ?
