[gDesklets] 0.36.1 archive available for testing

So, FINALLY I managed to pack everything together.
The 0.36.1 package can be found here:

But be aware:
this is my first time I packed up a gDesklets release.
It is building fine here and running, but I am quiet not sure if 
everything is as needed and wanted.
Please check the archive for unnecessary files etc.

I just deferred this bug to 0.36.2 ;).

- new/better Control handling taken from 0.4x
- install path for images (#201273)
