  As far as I can remember, most of the Board conf call we were both in,
finished within 1 hours after going though all the agenda. Items were
usually not dropped on the floor nor did we took really less than 45mn
to go though them. Maybe there is far less stuff to go though, in 
which case I don't expect "a lot of cruft", or you really considered
some of them to be "cruft" and I really need examples, because it does
not match my recollection.
  Now tell us, what were you not interested into ? There are approved
minutes for 3 years of processing of the board, what was "cruft" in 
your opinion ?
