:) Can I make a proposal then to enable non-anonimous voting in
the proposed system too? For example, on the voting ballot there
would be an optional field <your name> (may be with a big red
warning that THIS IS OPTIONAL)? If the field is filled in then it shows
up on the results page. Otherwise, the numeric random code is shown
as proposed?
