Read the by-laws if you want to go through a formal objection !
You have to raise a corum of people objecting the decision, then in that
case a vote will be done. So far you are 2 persons and not a corum,
hence my mail asking other people to raise their voice especially
if they disagree.

pp24 ARTICLE XVI amendment (iii)

(iii)In the event that five percent or more of the members objects to the
proposal, a special meeting of the members shall be convened in accordance
with the provisions of Article VII, and the proposal shall be voted upon;

2 persons does not represent 5 percent of the foundation membership.
