  Read the by-laws if you want to go through a formal objection !
You have to raise a corum of people objecting the decision, then in that
case a vote will be done. So far you are 2 persons and not a corum, 
hence my mail asking other people to raise their voice especially
if they disagree.

  2 persons does not represent 5 percent of the foundation membership.
