thanks but that's not what I want Reid...
I chose of course match if any criteria are met...
my point is that i want a filter on the subject and i want to declare
several keywords that could be in the subject, and to declare them in
the same field (instead of creating each time a new condition for a
new word), and tell the software "if any of those words are in the
subject..." not necessarily all the words.
If I understand Reid's proposal, he was telling you to specify:
* if <Subject> <contains> Word1
then file in folder
* if <subject> <contains> Word2
then file in folder
etc.
plus "If any conditions are met".
Why doesn't this work? Obviously if you have thousands of words you want
to match it woudn't be practical, but for a small number it should work.
