Hmm... looks like Mozilla Address Book doesn't handle VCard. 
http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=79709 I guess the only way
is to write a utility that converts VCard to something mozilla can
understand (i.e. just about anything other than VCard, it seems).  I
checked Freshmeat, and I found all sorts of *2vcard utilities, but not
vcard2* utilities.
