[Evolution] Dragging e-mail to contacts (was: Keybinding bug)

Is this an evolution feature ? I would like it very much, but it doesn't
work for me :(. Testing it no dragging works for me, both in
2001.03.06.23.22 in RH 6.1 and in 2001.03.27.09.06 in RH 7 (both
download from Red-Carpet). Is this normal ?
