This was more of an internally thing I think.
I'm not sure about the idea:
1. it does simplify a little bit of code, but the amount of
simplification isn't great (i.e. mostly just url->fragment?url-
>fragment:url->path to url->path in a few places).
2. its another uri format change (but now thankfully independent of
filters)
3. i think a better idea would be to put the camel accounts as a camel
account objects, and have all uri's relative to that rather than mapping
to the physical stores. well maybe its better, thats a big change
