I agree with Dave. It is true that the design team has worked for GNOME 3.0, but I think
there is room for improvement, specially to help people to figure out how to deal with
usability problems in GNOME and trying to be more informative ( for DIY solutions ) and
even easier to approach for developers, even those who are don't see any usabiliy problems on
his apps ;).
