Currently, Banshee considers USB mass storage devices to be potential
Digital Audio Players (DAP). We have to filter somehow, because you
probably don't want any newly mounted filesystem to appear as a DAP in
Banshee.
There's a bug about that, with a patch to remove that restriction :

I'm not sure about the implications, so feedback on that is welcome !
