Well as far as taking ideas further, generally its the community, and a core dev will approve a merge into the main source code when its done, if approved.

It would be nice to have a clear description of ideas in those mockups and integrate them with ideas in the mockup at www.kicks.co.cc/banshee-mockups

Currently I'm working to get my 6th set of mockups online, hopefully the emails with them attached will be approved soon (due to size they need moderator approval).
