Sorry, I thought I was being polite. I'm not sure (in hindsight) that a team is needed, but perhaps a core developer who mainly messes with the gtk, and over views community mock ups and attempts to plan the layput/ux/GUI/design of banshee and implements ideas to make the interface more intuitive, elegant and visually appealing?
Not, ofcourse, that it isn't already wonderful, but revision should always bring improvement, or at least it keeps things fresh ;)
