Regarding this, it's still not very discoverable. Perhaps the %tags
could be listed in the GConf schema, so that the key's description would
show a list of these tags for easy reference. When I configured mine in
gconf, it was through a whole load of guesswork.

The list is apparently available in the source: http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=566949#c1

Since that's obviously not optimal for users, I've opened a new bug for listing the description in GConf: http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=571176. That's low-hanging fruit, everyone; should be an easy non-code-based fix. Anyone want to beat me to it? :)
