Re: GAS 2010 Sponsorship package proposal

Pockey:

Thanks again for helping out to proof read. I have modified all the
comments.

Besides, for "About GNOME.Asia Summit", I added the following sentences
as well. Please kindly help to proof read as well.

The summit has been recognized as the top 3 Open Source conference in

I think you mean to say "as one of the top"

China in 2008 by the Chinese government and the biggest Open Source
conference in Vietnam in 2009 by the Vietnamese government. Please refer
to gnome.asia/ for more details.

Some other comments:

> Targetting GNOME and Open Source users, marketers and developers;
> this is a unique opportunity for stakeholders to reach out to the
> broadest possible Asian and Taiwanese audiance.

You misspell "Targeting" and "audience".

> As an immediate outcome you will have preferential access to speaking
> opportunities, to a conference database of highly qualified
> volunteers and developers and the possibility to add panel
> discussions on specific topics (recruting, technology, OSS business,
> etc.) or anything that you would feel is valuable for both the
> audience and your business.

You misspell "recruiting"

> Visible presence in the banner at the main venue stage;

I would say "on the banner"

> The opportunity to have one (1) cornerstone stand or booth of the
> size of 6x9m

I would say "of the size 6x9m". Note the other packages have similar
wording which should be corrected.

Under "Custom Sponsorship":

> Free gifts (e.g. USB sticks, bags, notebooks, etc. that can be used
> as freebies or lucky draw gifts to guests and participatnts.)

You misspell "participants".

And definitely, once the draft is finalized, we can send it to the
mobile list , thanks!

Great!
