OOo participateion - was (Re: Status of sponsorship)

So I talked with Peter and here is his response:
"yes, unfortunately I will be in Germany, really would have enjoyed to 
attend. :-(

Louis is the #1 choice, please drop me a note, if he cannot come to 
Vietnam, I might find a OOo contributer from Japan, Korea or maybe 
Europe, who can give a talk. Of course you should also ask Louis, if he 
can name someone.

I think having someone from another Asian country is great.. maybe 
better than Louis in some ways.
