Great!

For call for host deadline to submit proposal, checked New year
schedule, Vietnam is in Feb, Cambodia and Thailand seems to be in April.
Taiwan is in mid January, same as China. (members please let us know if
the date has contradict with any big holiday in your country)

I would still suggest end of March for the deadline, what do u think?

OK, but we should think about contact with the possible organizor before that time.
