Great! I applied for an account and let's work on the how to and check
list together then :) 

Agreed for the how-to and check list point, let's finalize the
callforhost with more comments from other members and send it out only
after we finished this how to and check list.

For the deadline, I have an impression that Feb would be a lot of
Asian's countries new year's period, let's check it out and then make a
decision?
