Btw., if I'd have a peek at implementing this , or anoyone else :) , what 
would be the functionality that might be reused from the code already inside
the current libxml ? If I recall well the xmlReader reuses some dom code or 
something and I think it'd be good if the writer would do the same ? :)

ps. Daniel, you had a look at the ms api of the xmlreader yet, think it looks
any good ? :)
