A standalone consultant is not going to want to use the viewer
functionality, so is there a way we can peel the two workflows
(users?) apart?
Perhaps we can cook up two quick users (personas?) and related tasks
summaries? I'd like to take that on, if anyone doesn't object.
Go. What can you suggest? :)
